Healing Through Nutrition

This course strives to give sound nutritional advice based on insights gained from Nutritional Science.

The link between diet and health was first espoused by Hippocrates when he asserted "Let food be your medicine". However in our time  the concept of 'food as medicine' has been replaced by Vitamin and Mineral Supplements. This course will set the focus back on how to find nourishment from foods that are grown sustainably in healthy soils.

This course will be of interest to those who are looking for alternatives in nutrition in order to improve  health, and to parents, teachers and health care professionals.
